Creative Tree Photography with Janina Wilde [Series 1, 2025]

Janina Wilde joins us to share her insightful perspective on capturing the essence of trees and woodlands through photography. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for the natural world, Janina's creative approaches offer a blend of artistry and in-camera/editing techniques. About Janina Janina is an award winning photographer and educator.  There is nothing that she likes better than being behind a camera and she has been creating a unique view of the natural world through layers of images for 6 years.  She brings her skills together in leading successful workshops and courses in the multiple exposure genre of photography.  She has a special love of photographing trees and has been experimenting with different techniques to show off these glorious subjects. This is a 3-part series: Part 1: 3rd March 'In the Round' This session looks at 180 or 360 degree images of trees as popularised by the great Pep Ventosa, and teaches you in camera and out of camera techniques for you to make your own. Part 2: 17th March 'Fantasy Trees' This session takes trees out of their usual surroundings and teaches you how to add birds, different angles or an infrared look. Part 3: 3rd April 'Showing off Leaves' This session gives leaves centre stage and teaches you how to use in camera and out of camera multiple exposure. By joining this LEARN you will have: An experienced and widely respected presenter: Janina has a wealth of experience in this field (no pun intended!!). Hands-on Practice: The opportunity to practice techniques and approaches between each workshop. This should allow you to try & apply what you've learned, increase your understanding/confidence and develop your skills.
