It's wonderful to be able to welcome Paul  back to speak to Camversation this time to talk about infrared images.

About the talk:

Beyond the Visible

This lecture centre's around Paul's fascination for infrared photography. He will cover the various ways to capture in IR together with some of the practicalities involved. This talk will be fully illustrated using images made throughout the UK over the past decade.

About Paul:

Born in Yorkshire, England, Paul’s interest in photography started in his teens with a simple 35mm rangefinder camera, gaining a more formal education in photography whilst studying Graphic Design at Art College. His subsequent career in Graphic Design paid the mortgage but never completely lost touch with photography. Over the last two decades his photography has gained momentum and now devotes most of his time lecturing and running photography workshops.

Paul has had numerous exhibitions in the UK and has had articles and images published in many photography magazines. He is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society, he is currently chair of the Landscape distinctions panel.
