About the event:
Everyone can join for FREE.

We are thrilled to announce a brand new, FREE workshop series, hosted by Camversation in an official partnership with DxO.
With nearly 500 photographers already registered for this series, it is shaping up to be one of our most popular programmes yet. Unlike watching a pre-recorded YouTube video, these sessions are completely live, informal and interactive. You will be able to ask your questions directly to official DxO representatives and get in-depth answers in real-time.
NOTE: we have revised our schedule to add a more thematic approach. This also ensures we are working with the very latest technology, as DxO is releasing major software updates regularly. We want to ensure you are learning on the most cutting-edge tools rather than old software.
The series outline:
20 April: The Art of Monochrome This session is a deep dive into all things monochrome using Silver Efex, FilmPack and PhotoLab. We will move far beyond a simple desaturate button , exploring how to master tonal relationships and film grain. You will see the Time Machine in action to recreate iconic film looks from throughout photography history.
25 May: Nik Collection 9 Be among the first to explore the brand new Nik Collection 9. This is the ultimate creative playground, consisting of 8 to 9 powerful plugins that work inside your main editor. We will explore how these tools can transform your artistic style.
22 June: Street and Social Documentary Workflow Michael Wayne Plant shares his professional workflow using DxO software as a street and social documentary photographer. This is a fantastic chance to see how a working pro uses AI masking and optical corrections when speed and accuracy are essential.
13 July: Viewpoint and FilmPack We focus on the perfect marriage of geometry and style. You will learn how to use Viewpoint to fix wonky lines, keystoning and volume deformation. Then, we use FilmPack to add analog soul by recreating the character of legendary films like Kodachrome and Ilford HP5.
24 August: Adobe and Affinity with DxO Workflows For those who love their current editors like Lightroom or Affinity, we show you how DxO fits into your existing setup. We will explore the pre-treat workflow using PureRAW to clean your images with DeepPRIME noise reduction before you even start editing.
28 September: Exclusive Preview: PhotoLab 10 We wrap up the series with a look at the next generation of DxO flagship software, PhotoLab 10. See the future of RAW processing and image management before anyone else.
The Power of the DxO Suite
DeepPRIME and DeepPRIME XD: Widely considered the best noise reduction and detail recovery technology in the world. It uses AI to eliminate noise while uncovering detail you thought was lost.
U Point Technology: A revolutionary way to make complex local adjustments. Instead of difficult painting of masks, you simply use control points to intuitively adjust specific areas.
No Catalogues: PhotoLab acts as a complete RAW editor that does not require a catalogue, allowing you to access images everywhere on your computer instantly.
Optical Corrections: DxO is famous for lab-based analysis that automatically corrects distortion, vignetting and lens softness with scientific precision.
Safety with DOP Files: Learn how PhotoLab writes a small .dop file alongside your RAW file so your edits are secure and portable.
Whether you are a seasoned pro or a curious photographer, this is your chance to explore the most powerful editing tools on the market with expert guidance for free.
