Light Painting with David Gilliver (NEW!)

David's colourful imagination will be on full display during this presentation, and he will discuss in detail both his inspirations and the technical considerations he makes when creating this work."

David is a respected professional photographer and artist who specialises in macro photography (the ‘Little People’ / TOYS) and long-exposure photography (the art of ‘light painting’). His work has received some very welcome attention over the years which has led to him becoming involved in some very exciting projects all over the world. Highlights of the past couple of years include having some of his photography stocked by John Lewis, as well as now having some of his work sailing around the world on the amazing AIDA cruise ships.

In 2018 David took the plunge and became a full-time Photographer and Artist. As well as regularly exhibiting his work, the backbone of his business is centred on running Creative Photography Workshops which he teaches to fellow photographers, and in late 2018 he also started travelling the country and teaching his Workshops in schools across Scotland.
