In this talk, Derek will give a very detailed explanation of the equipment needed; using your existing camera and lenses to extension tubes, simple supplementary close up lenses and finally the dedicated macro lens. Furthermore, he will cover the techniques used and possible issues that arise – and how to solve them. In addition, lighting for macro. Throughout the talk, he will illustrate with wonderful photographs of various subjects from flowers, insects and common household items.
